This is as near as it gets to a cat pretending that they're a car. But let's not pretend: the cat carboard vest was put there by the video maker. It's okay though. It's a bit of fun as long as it was taken off immediately after the video was recorded. I am impressed that the cat accepted it with such equanimity. This is a dwarf cat, a Munchkin, which adds to the effect as the legs are much shorter than normal. There are many breeds of dwarf cat, all hybrids of the Munchkin.
