Cat Enjoys the uShape Machine

Why does this cat enjoy being on this human exercise machine? (S)he even washes himself when on the machine. It looks like the sort thing that a cat would steer clear of. The machine in fact looks like a con to me. It wobbles. How can that help a person lose fat? It is not the machine that needs to move but the person.

Anyway, this cat likes it. The only reason I can think of is that it feels nice. It might feel nice because it may be similar to petting by a human or, forgetting any animal behaviour theories, it may just feel nice to this individual cat because he likes this sort of thing - no particular reason.

Cats are individuals. Another cat might hate it and run a mile.
